|   NDLC Recovery

Supporting addiction recovery? Let us help deepen understanding!

Across recovery services, we help develop a deeper understanding…

of all neurotypes!

Recovery through understanding!

At NeurodiverseLIFE, we proudly introduce NDLC Recovery — a specialist CPD-accredited training programme that we developed specifically for recovery housing providers, supported accommodation, rehabilitation services, peer mentors and substance misuse teams.

The programme combines neuroscience with psychology and clinical psychiatry to explore addiction, behaviour and recovery through a neuroscience-informed, operationally relevant lens.

Rather than focusing purely on behaviour, NDLC Recovery explores the host of underlying factors that may impact one’s ability to engage in, maintain and sustain recovery.

This includes understanding the growing overlap between:

  • ADHD and addiction vulnerability
  • trauma and nervous system dysregulation
  • executive dysfunction and recovery maintenance
  • emotional regulation and relapse risk
  • masking, shame and identity
  • hormones and behavioural fluctuation

At the heart of the NDLC Recovery programme is solution-focused psychoeducation designed to help professionals unlock sustainable recovery — across all neurotypes.
