Offering a fully personalised, science-led approach, our Adult Coaching is designed to help you understand your unique neurotype and how your brain and body function.
Grounded in neuroscience, psychiatry, and psychology, we explore ADHD, Autism, and co-occurring profiles such as AuDHD, ADHD/PMDD, and ASD/OCD.
Upon completion of your coaching, you will receive a detailed psychoanalytical profile, outlining your traits, strengths, challenges, and hereditary influences.
Beyond awareness, we help you understand your nervous system, attachment style, and behavioural patterns, how to regulate emotions, reshape thinking patterns through neuroplasticity, and build sustainable habits.
Every session is tailored specifically to you, equipping you with the insight and tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change across all areas of your life.

We begin with an in-depth exploration of your neurodiversity profile—including ADHD, Autism, and co-occurring conditions—alongside psychoanalytical insights into traits, behaviours, and hereditary patterns. Throughout this process, you will gain a clear understanding of how your brain processes information, emotion, and stress.
Another key focus of our Adult Coaching is nervous system education, helping you understand fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses, and how these influence your behaviour, decision-making, and relationships. We also explore attachment styles, communication patterns, and emotional regulation.
During Adult Coaching, you will learn:
- Neuroplasticity techniques to reshape thought patterns and behaviours
- How to identify triggers and create regulation strategies
- How to build sustainable habits and routines aligned to your neurotype
- How to improve sleep, energy, and cognitive performance
- How to navigate stress, overwhelm, and burnout
We also explore environment design, helping you structure your day, work, and surroundings to reduce friction and support optimal functioning.
