Family Coaching guides families to understand each member’s needs, strengthen relationships, and create routines that support everyone.
Supporting everyone equally, our Family Coaching fosters understanding in the ways different neurotypes develop, interact, and coexist across all life stages.
Using a neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry-led approach, we help families navigate ADHD, Autism, and co-occurring profiles within real-life dynamics.
You will each learn how neurodevelopment and hormones (such as puberty, menstrual cycles, and perimenopause) affect feelings, communication, and emotional regulation.
We help families manage differing needs across genders, ages, and roles, whilst also improving communication and reducing conflict.

Family Coaching
Created to support households navigating the realities of neurodiversity within everyday life our Family Coaching provides support for children, teenagers, parents or other family members who are neurodivergent.
Families are often overwhelmed by misunderstanding, emotional dysregulation, communication problems, sensory overwhelm, stress, burnout and unmet needs, spending years stuck in cycles of conflict, shutdown, masking, anxiety or emotional exhaustion without understanding the complex differences driving these experiences.
Our approach is compassionate, practical and neuroscience-informed. We help families better understand neurodiversity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, communication styles and relational dynamics, whilst developing healthier and more supportive ways of functioning together.
By increasing awareness of communication styles, emotional regulation patterns, sensory profiles and support needs, our coaching helps families move away from blame and conflict, and towards empathy, connection and healthier ways of relating to one another.
For families, we support areas such as:
- Interpersonal communication difficulties
- Emotional regulation and emotional overwhelm
- ADHD, Autism and neurodiverse family dynamics
- Parent-child conflict
- Family mediation and conflict support
- Supporting mothers through menopause and hormonal change
- Supporting teenagers through puberty and emotional development
- School-related stress and anxiety
- Sensory needs within the home
- Executive functioning and routines
- Sibling relationships
- Boundaries and emotional safety
- Burnout, stress and family wellbeing
- Understanding behaviour through a neuroscience-informed lens
- Building supportive and neurodiversity-affirming home environments
Whether your family is newly exploring neurodiversity, navigating diagnosis, experiencing ongoing challenges, or simply wanting to improve connection and understanding within the home, we provide a safe, supportive space to help families move forward together.
