Child Coaching supports neurodiverse children and young adults, by offering guidance to build confidence, handle daily routines, and foster wellbeing.
Supporting children, teens, and young adults, our Child Coaching helps them understand how brains develop and function across key stages of their neurodevelopment.
Using neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry, we help young people of all neurotypes and co-occurring profiles build their emotional regulation and communication skills, whilst also increasing their social understanding.
We explore the ways development evolves from childhood through adolescence, including the impact of hormones on behaviour, mood, and cognition.
During sessions, young people learn practical, neurotype-specific skills that improve sleep, reduce impulsivity, and support better decision-making.
Parents, carers, and educators are also guided on how to manage young people’s expectations, respond effectively, and create supportive environments—thereby equipping them with the tools and understanding needed for their child’s long-term wellbeing and success.
Child Coaching
Through our uniquely structured, science-led approach, our Child Coaching helps support children, adolescents, and young adults throughout key developmental stages of their early lives.
During each session, we discuss young people’s neurodevelopment, helping families understand how their brains evolve over time. A core focus is how hormones interact with neurotypes, including puberty, menstrual cycles, and emotional development, and how these influence young people’s behaviour, regulation, and cognition.
For children and young people, they will learn:
- Emotional regulation and nervous system awareness
- Social understanding and communication skills
- How to manage impulsivity, risk-taking, and challenging behaviours
- How to improve sleep and cognitive performance
- How to build adaptive habits and thinking patterns early
We also explore sensory profiles, helping identify triggers such as noise, routine changes, or overwhelm—reducing daily friction often misunderstood as behavioural issues.
For parents, carers, and educators, we provide:
- Clear understanding of neurotype vs behaviour
- Strategies for managing expectations and difficult situations
- Guidance on school communication and advocacy
- Tools to support consistent environments across home and education
In addition, we also address topics such as self-medication, emotional wellbeing, and mental health, equipping families with the language and confidence to engage with professionals and schools alike.
All of our sessions are recorded and transcribed, with access to additional resources to support long-term change. Likewise, each session includes practical tools, frameworks, and repeatable strategies, providing:
not just insight, but implementation too!
